SalesCadence ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy will inform you about how we look after your personal data when you visit our website and tell you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.
Personal data means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which we have grouped together as follows:
We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:
We offer integrations with Google and Microsoft so you can send LLM-generated emails and detect replies related to those emails. When you connect an account, we request only the minimum OAuth scopes necessary to provide these features.
We do not access or process unrelated emails outside threads initiated through our product.
We do not use OAuth data for advertising or retargeting, and we do not sell user data.
No human will access your OAuth data without your explicit consent, except where required by law or necessary for security/abuse investigations.
Our use of Google user data conforms to Google’s Limited Use requirements, and we request only the narrowest scopes needed to provide the features you enable. If narrower scopes are insufficient for requested features, we will explain why in-product before you proceed.
You may revoke access at any time via your Google or Microsoft account settings and within our product. Upon revocation or account deletion, we remove tokens and, within a reasonable period, delete OAuth-derived content that is not needed for legal, security, or billing compliance.
We do not sell data. We do not share OAuth data with third parties except: (a) with service providers acting on our behalf under strict confidentiality and data protection terms to operate our services; (b) for security, abuse prevention, or to comply with law; (c) with your explicit consent; or (d) as part of a merger or acquisition with appropriate notice where required.
Where you connect Google or Microsoft accounts, we display prominent, in-product privacy notices describing the specific data accessed and the purpose (sending LLM emails and detecting replies). These notices reflect the scopes you approve and are kept up to date.
Separate from OAuth data, we may collect de-identified or aggregated usage analytics about how you use our product (for example, feature usage and performance metrics) to improve reliability, usability, and functionality. This data is not used for advertising and is not sold. You may control cookies/analytics as described in our cookie or preference settings where available.
We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know.
We will only retain your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or reporting requirements.
Under certain circumstances, you have rights under data protection laws in relation to your personal data, including the right to:
This website may include links to third-party websites, plug-ins and applications. Clicking on those links or enabling those connections may allow third parties to collect or share data about you. We do not control these third-party websites and are not responsible for their privacy statements.
We may update our privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new privacy policy on this page.
